Grand Bahama Power's electricity rate hike goes into effect today.... Rates in GB have now gone up by 3.3 percent... I'm not a big fan of taking pills for anything but I was tired of just walking so I took some pain relievers, Acteric, and got a great 3 mile run in this morning. I literally felt like I could run all day on this stuff. You don't feel a thing.. My doctor prescribed these a while back but I tried to stay away from it because I know that even though you don't feel the pain once you take the pills, the heavy running is still damaging your knees....
