In Jan. 2021, BPL announced it's goal to produce 15% of the country's power from renewables by 2025. The first stage was to install battery systems to support the fluctuation of power that would come from Solar by Summer 2022... Well here we are just a few months from summer and there's no batteries in sight.. Clearly BPL believes we are the 'conch'. SMDH!!!! — Feeling Confused
