I'm not a big fan of taking pills for anything but I was tired of just walking so I took some pain relievers, Acteric, and got a great 3 mile run in this morning. I literally felt like I could run all day on this stuff. You don't feel a thing.. My doctor prescribed these a while back but I tried to stay away from it because I know that even though you don't feel the pain once you take the pills, the heavy running is still damaging your knees....

The government just received $9 million from the IDB for Renewable Energy projects. It will be used to build two solar microgrids on Abaco and solarize the University of The Bahamas, C.I. Gibson High School and the headquarters of the Customs Department.
The Abaco solar projects will be built at the Marsh Harbor Health Center and at the Central Abaco Government Complex.
