The "5K The Jay Way" Fun Run/Walk event was a tremendous success. Huge turnout, well organized, started on-time and had awesome parting gifts. Booths with nice giveaways at the finish line included Haliborange, Beep, Heineken, and Ensure.
This 5k has a twist. There are several stations along the route where you have to perform a task such as burpees or hauling sandbags... It forces your body to adjust and reset. It completely throws you off your normal running zone.. #goodtimes #getyamindright .
