I started this journey a year ago weighing 218 lbs with the goal to get below 200 lbs. By Christmas I got to 193 lbs. Now my goal for 2022 is to maintain a healthy weight around 195 lb.
I've learned on this journey that it's not a 'diet' that makes this happen, It's a lifestyle change... It's making a conscious effort to reduce the amount of sugar and processed food you eat. It's also finding a way to get in some type of exercise on a regular basis. Doesn't matter if it's walking, jogging or lifting weights, you just have to be consistent...
