The 100 yd sprints in yesterday's HIIT workout left my knees on fire, so this morning's set had to be as low impact as possible. I walked a couple miles from Goodmans to Bahamar with some small dumbbells to get a lil' burn on the upper body as well... To me, just plain walking is boring so the weights help to break up that monotony. Finished up with some quick core exercises and that's it.. Off to start my day....
