Bahamians are turning their lives around everyday by reclaiming our health. Here is D'Angelo's recent update:

"Midway progress report. End of March 2021 to today. Lost 80lbs. 50lbs to go. When I first started I couldn’t run or do intense cardio because my knee issues. I got an indoor bike and “borrowed” a bicycle from my boss. @bigdrip_fitness was the person who encouraged me to attend my first Spin class and I’ve been hooked ever since. The first time I went to class with @spinwithmeeks242 I didn’t make it to the end of the class but I went back and got better each time and now I’m a regular. (Shoutout to @melissadeidre @aka_chad87 @coach.cle @jeunbugg @lisaarleneb and my best friend on the bike @lashanti_dj )Progress is made one step (or pedal) at a time. 80% of my cardio has been on the bike."

"My advice: Find an activity you enjoy so you have fun even when you feel like you’re dying."

"I wasn’t going to post this but enough people encouraged me to. See you all at the goal line."
