In Jan. 2021, BPL announced it's goal to produce 15% of the country's power from renewables. The first stage was to involve installing battery systems required to support the fluctuation of power that would be produced by Solar Power by Summer of 2022... Well here we are just a few months from summer and there's no batteries in sight.. Clearly BPL believes we are the 'conch'. SMDH!!!! — Feeling Confused
